Duties may include technical operations for field and studio production, videography/digital filming, digital media editing/design, operation of live broadcast equipment, LED video wall deployment/operation, technical directing, and media producer roles. This individual may also have responsibilities to act as a production crew leader and represent the team supervisor in working directly with clients and freelance/contract operators. Duties will also include driving company vehicles to transport crew and equipment, including towing trailers.The Video Production Technician works on multiple projects at once, often in collaboration with coworkers, and must ensure that project goals are met, and media content aligns with the client's objectives and commitment to the highest quality production standards.Qualifications:Ability to operate a professional video/digital film camera with precision and creativityProficiency using video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro), graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and media conversion toolsAbility to operate live video switching and production equipmentKnowledge of IP workflows and networkingAbility to coach and direct talent/subjects in front of the cameraAbility to plan out a project and to help others to visualize the end resultAbility to troubleshoot technical issues efficientlyFluency in current video technology and media production best practicesPositive and professional attitude; interest in learning new skillsAbility to collaborate well with othersStrong time management skillsExcellent organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent writing skillsExcellent customer service skillsCurrent driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
