Candidates for the VP of Information Technology role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced business degree being a plus, and at least 15 years' experience in a technology leadership role, including a minimum of 5 years' in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail businesses. Essential skills include a proven track record in IT planning, budget management, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
