About the Role As a UX Researcher II, you will ensure our products are user-focused from the beginning through collaboration with product managers, technology leaders and UX designers on research strategy, determining the best study methodologies, and working directly with customers to gather feedback and insights. We're currently seeking a mid-level researcher to work with a senior researcher on our core products. your purpose is to lead and conduct user research to inform product design decisions. You will analyze data, generate insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Your work will directly impact the development of intuitive and user-friendly products.
Responsibilities - Plan studies and conduct research.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
- Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
- Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
- Makes recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
- Works with designers to iterate and test solutions.
- Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
- Recruits participants for studies.
Requirements - Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys.
- Ability to lead small to medium projects.
- Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics.
- Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
