Job Description & RequirementsJob Requirements: Oncology Nurse Navigator\n\nContract: 13 weeks (16 weeks preferred)\n\nLicense and Certifications:\n-BLS by AHA is required.\n-Oregon state license is required.\nActive state RN license (pending license accepted, must have at least 1 year of RN experience)\nONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Card required\n\nExperience:\n -Oncology experience is a hard requirement — must have direct oncology experience.\n-Outpatient oncology experience required\n-Solid tumor experience required\n-Nurse Navigation or Care Coordination experience in inpatient or outpatient settings preferred.\n\nConsidered Backgrounds:\n-Outpatient clinic nurse with oncology experience\n-Pre/post nurse with oncology patient experience\n-ER nurse with oncology experience\n-Pre-admission testing nurse with oncology experience\n\n#HC8\n39
