TRAINING COORDINATOR

Summary Objective
The Training Coordinator will coordinate with the Training Development Manager and Human Resource personnel to coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for all new hires at headquarters and assist the Training Department with normal administrative functions. Responsibilities will include tracking and maintaining onboarding schedules, training programs records, coordinating training locations and schedules and other tasking as required.
Essential Functions
Schedules and maintains onboarding schedules for all manufacturing new hires.
Maintains oversite of all manufacturing new hire needs and training, becomes the point of contact for all new hire concerns and requirements.
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Maintains personnel Training records up to date for all internal and external training completed.
Manages the Training Record Software to track and maintain all ISO-9001 requirements and makes recommendations for corrections as needed.
Develops training products to assist the Training Team including outline, text, presentation, handouts, and tests as needed.
Assists Manufacturing Training with processing training evidence, creating training aides, and other administrative functions in the manufacturing campuses.
Schedules classes based on classroom, personnel, and equipment availability as needed.
Maintains and orders training supplies required and maintains training equipment in working order.
Performs other related duties as required.

Work Location
This position will work out of our Normandy Campus in Jacksonville, FL with frequent trips to other locations in Jacksonville, FL. This position is not approved for telecommuting or working remotely.
Work Environment
Most work is performed in an office environment. Regular trips to SEA Manufacturing Facility for observation and research are required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require occasional weekend work or work outside of those stated hours.
Travel
Some occasional local day travel may be necessary. Occasional travel to customer job sites and conferences may be required.
Required Education and Experience. 1 year experience in scheduling multiple events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in typical onboarding processes.
Preferred Education and Experience 1 year of experience in training or human resource administration.
1 year experience in an ISO-9001 certified company.
