Insight Global is looking for a Master Data Scrum Master to sit fully remote for a large CPG company. This role will be within IT and will work in the Data Platform & Governance (DPG) portfolio, use SAFe methodologies to ensure successful and timely delivery of digital data transformation and innovation projects. This role will lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews as well as Coach the team and organization on Agile and Scrum practices, with a focus on the unique needs of the CPG industry. This includes product lifecycles, go-to-market strategies, and supply chain complexities. They will support the product owners with backlog and stakeholder communication, guide the team towards continuous improvement and monitor team progress during sprints, ensuring alignment with sprint goals using metrics such as burndown charts or velocity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the CPG industry specifically within Master Data Management projects/ portfolio. Pay is around 58-60/hr.

Skills and Requirements
-5-10+ years experience as a scrum master with technical exposure to master data
-Strong recent experience working on integration hub projects
-Strong recent experience working within CPG or Food & Beverage Industry
-3+ years of recent ADO experience
-PMP or Scrum Master Certified null
