Trace Inc. is a Military Contractor and has been in business since 1993. We are currently located on 19 different Military Bases throughout the nation.

We are looking to hire 1 Shift Supervisor who  will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all Night Shift tasks are executed correctly.

The candidate will be working from 7:00PM until finish which is usually around 3:00AM working 5 days on and 2 days off.  The finish time is dependent on the load size. Schedule days off will be determined by the Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of janitorial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to janitorial staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or concerns from the staff.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure periodical cleaning is performed to a high standard.
• Supervisors are expected to contribute and work along side the employees.
• Ensure Sales Floor, Bathrooms, Offices and Breakrooms are cleaned and maintained to a consistantly high standard.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail a must.
• Needs to be dependable.
• Must have Leadership skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs.
• Should have ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• The job is on Military Facility; a Back Ground Investigation will be completed.
• If Driving on base, current Driver’s License, Insurance and Registration is required.
