We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience in specialty insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry , with a strong focus on specialty insurance products and data analytics. Requirement

• Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 15 + years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in Data, Analytics, Information Management platforms
• Should possess In-depth knowledge & working experience on Investment Management domain
• In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modeling structure principles
• Experience leading data integration efforts of internal and external data sources
• Strong hands-on working knowledge of complex ELT, ETL, Cloud Computing and programming languages
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Python, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures.
• Strong knowledge of best practices and solution patterns
• Participate in release process by ensuring only quality code is released to production
• Support User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing
• Proficient in SQL for data testing, validation and analysis
• Experience and hands-on delivering projects in agile methodology
• Manage multiple streams simultaneously and ensure delivery per project plan
• Experience working on scheduling/orchestration tools, creating wrapper scripts
• Expert level SQL skills and complex Stored Procedures
• Preferable working experience in Streamsets or Matillion or IICS
