Contract Duration: 24 Months Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Highly skilled in Jira. Creating, maintaining, linking, creating dashboards. Highly skilled in Confluence. Documentation expert. Both in creation and publishing Highly skilled in Sharepoint Someone who has been a Technologist - worked in a technology environment. Self-driven, self-motivated Go getter, tenacity Desired Skills & Experience Banking and financial experience Risk Analysis and Decision Making Analysis and Evaluation Knowledge and understanding of Agile SCRUM development products Agile (Scrum) Agile (Scrum, Kanban & SAFe) Agile Frameworks – Scrum, JIRA, Blueprint So Agile Scrum Master Agile Scrum Team Agile/SCRUM Business Analysis Business analysis, critical thinker Certified Scrum Master Process Engineering What You Will Be Doing Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
