• $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULLY LICENSED DRIVERS
• Batavia - For 2024-25 SY, $25.00/hr for yellow bus drivers up to 28.00/hr*
• $25 p/h for trips and charters
• $0.50 p/h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
• Carol Stream - 2024-25 SY, $25.00 - $27.50 per hour for bus drivers*
• $20 p/h for trips and charters
• $0.50 p/h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
• Both Locations pay more for experience (based on experience, see location for details)*

• Flexible Hours – no Nights or Weekends required*
No Experience Necessary
Bus Monitors to assist Drivers needed as well so refer a friend or family member!*
Hours:
• Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the am/pm route package*
• Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters
• Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:
• Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude
• Safely transport passengers
• Assists students in the loading and unloading process
• Good verbal communication skills
Requirements:
• At least 21 years old
• Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
