Description Your role at MOBE The Salesforce Developer plays a key role focusing on the development and maintenance of MOBE's Salesforce Platforms. Salesforce is a critical part of MOBE's overall technology environment and supports a wide variety of operational and marketing functions. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to apply and grow their software development and configuration skills in this hands-on role. Responsibilities Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code in the Salesforce environment. Collaborate with technical colleagues and business stakeholders to design, develop, and support Salesforce's integration with other MOBE technology platforms, including third-party services like Marketo, Five9, and TimeTrade. Drive completion of projects and initiatives; follow through on execution of chosen strategies, and demonstrate an ability to deliver reliable solutions. Diagnose root causes of service or integration issues, and drive resolution of issues. Maintain quality service by following organization standards, including reviewing code with peers, documenting plans and work, collaborating with testers, and various support activities as needed. Assist IT Operations with the day-to-day management of Salesforce user rights and roles. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies. Identify and constructively communicate the need for improvements or enhancements in MOBE technology assets. Position Requirements Qualifications Required Relevant Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree Ability to understand Salesforce architecture, administrative/setup tools, and APIs Experience developing in Java or similar Object-Oriented languages Experience reading/writing query languages like SQL Ability to independently research to resolve problems and make progress on work, as well as work together with colleagues to solve problems Excellent organizational and analytical skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to business users and management Attention to detail and quality Preferred 1+ years of Salesforce development or administrative experience Familiarity with developing in Salesforce-specific or -related technologies: SOQL, Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers Familiarity with JavaScript and XML or other markup languages Familiarity with DevOps best practices and Git source control Understanding of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes Experience in a fast-paced environment delivering results on multiple concurrent projects Healthcare, marketing, or call center operations experience Desire to be a part of an organization looking to transform health culture Guiding Principles: We want employees who are kind, talented, and committed, who live by our guiding principles and choose to work at MOBE because of these principles.
