Job Description

Sales & Distribution team members are responsible for working with our customers and delivering beer throughout Connecticut. Team members represent our brewery well in the market, should have a passion for beer, attention to detail, and great communication skills.

This position is part time, 2-3 days per week with the goal of growing into a full time role.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Load beer into delivery van (kegs and packaged beer) with a fork lift
Safely navigate routes and deliver beer
Ensure accurate paperwork for deliveries and expenses
Monitor inventory at accounts
Collect payment as necessary
Relay communication from customers to appropriate brewery team members
Inventory and organize finished beer at the start of each week
Help package beer in the brewery as necessary

Experience, Skills, and Character
We are looking for someone passionate about beer and small business
Prior sales, retail, and/or delivery experience a plus
Clean driving record
Ability to drive a large cargo van
Familiar and comfortable working with google sheets, docs, and drive.
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of account statements (invoices, credits, payments due)

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
