FSTONE Technologies is seeking a Remote WFH Full Time Administrative Assistant with excellent typing skills for a part-time entry level position. Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and written communication
• Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
• Organize and maintain company files and records
• Update and maintain databases
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
• Perform data entry and accurately input information into various systems
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in typing and experience with data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
