Summary

The Senior Healthcare Program Specialist will be part of the Bureau of Data Insights and Research within the Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP). The role will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, maintaining, and communicating requirements and processes for data-related projects for the Transportation, Telehealth, and Maternal Health program areas.

Basic Qualifications

• Requirements elicitation via in-person meetings or document analysis and research.
• Meeting agenda creation and meeting minutes capture and dissemination.
• Data project design documentation drafting and maintenance.
• Fiscal creation.
• Business analysis experience is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Experience with SQL and relational databases required; experience with Python, R, Tableau, or other programming and visualization languages preferred.
• Database architecture and data management experience a plus.
• Artificial intelligence and/or machine learning experience a plus.
• Ability to translate technical specifications and communicate in a clear manner to a broad audience.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to move data quality projects forward.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word required; experience with SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio preferred.

Educational Background:

• The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field and/or up to 5-6 years of relevant work experience.

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
