About the Job:
* Support all aspects of email marketing, including content creation, strategy, list management, development, testing, deployment, and reporting.
* Manage the email calendar, send volume, and list targeting, adjusting cadence based on performance testing and segmentation results.
* Coordinate campaign workflows with creative, digital marketing, and communication teams to ensure timely execution.
* Review and optimize marketing campaigns with enhanced graphics, personalization, and automation.
* Work with product stakeholders to align and execute marketing plans.
* Interpret marketing documents and assist in creating automated, timely, and on-brand emails.
About You:
* A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* 4+ years of proven email marketing experience; experience with strategizing and trends is a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce and email reporting/demand generation tools are required.
* Agency or non-profit experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated project management skills with strong attention to detail.
About the Position:
* Pays $33/hr-$38/hr
* Starting ASAP!
* Part-time for 20 hours/week.
* 2 days on-site at their office in Washington, DC.
