Overview:

IST Management Services is looking for a PART-TIME Office Services Floater for mail and copy room operations. Candidates must be eligible to work within the US without sponsorship and can clear a Motor Vehicle Inspection request.

Location : Our clients are located in the Denver area. Two of which are downtown and one off Federal and I-70. We also have one client off 120th and Wadsworth.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm (8 hour shifts only).
Compensation : $19.00 to $19.50 per hour depending on experience

Benefits : No nights and no weekends. Eligible for full-time positions after 3 months.

Responsibilities:

The Office Services Floater is responsible for mail and copy room operations including FedEx, USPS and UPS processing. Additional responsibilities include:

• Available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally on short notice
• USPS mail delivery for a campus environment
• Tracking and delivering packages to intended recipient
• Drive company vehicle to different buildings within the campus
• Unloading of freight off trucks

Qualifications:

Candidates must be authorized to work within the US for any employer.

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Have excellent Customer Service skills
• Superb time management, prioritizing, problem solving, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proactive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for 2 - 3 hours at a time (walking during mail delivery).
