Job Description

Join our team as a night baker and become a crucial part of our bakery's success. You'll love waking up while the rest of the world sleeps to create fresh, delicious baked goods for our customers every morning. You will be given a trial run and training. If all goes well you will be added to our night team. The time is from 1am - 6am, but can vary as we get busy during holidays. We are closed during major holidays so you will have those off. Your pay will increase the more you are able to do so there is an opportunity to earn more. We can answer any questions when you come in to talk. Spanish understanding is a requirement, but preferred if you can speak it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to recipes and quality standards
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately and efficiently, making adjustments when necessary
• Use commercial bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and sheeters, to produce consistent and high-quality products
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are cooked to perfection
• Decorate and present finished products in an attractive and appetizing way
• Clean and maintain work area, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
• Adapt to changes in production schedule and menu items as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• No experience
• Night Shift
• Lift 50 lbs
• Stand long periods
• Weekdays
• Weekends

Salary: $18.00 per hour
