Salary: $18 hourly

Schedule : Full-time, 4 AM until finish
Compensation : $15-25 per hour, based on experience
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after one year of employment

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position involves the safe handling and transfer of packages/products onto and off trailers, containers, and railcars using hand trucks and heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Candidates must be OSHA certified or willing to complete certification for operating motorized equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Load/unload products from pallets, racks, or trailers.
• Build and secure packages onto pallets for transport.
• Use shrink wrap or tape to secure goods.
• Identify and report any product damages or shortages.
• Follow safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements :

• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks (preferred).
• Basic math skills (block/tier).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be OSHA certified (or willing to be trained).
