Job Description

Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistantto join their team for a permanent opportunity in Raleigh, NC. Offering a hybrid/remote option after 60-90 days.

Responsibilities:

Support assigned attorney(s) and paralegal staff with all non-billable tasks
Responsible for docketing mediations; hearing calendars and prepare required correspondence
Prepare various acknowledgment letters to client

Qualifications:

3 years of legal support experience required
Workers’ compensation legal support preferred
Familiarity with transcription and transcription devices
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate by e-mail and telephone with a diverse group of clients, attorneys and staff and to provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact

Benefits/Compensation:

$50,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experience
Hybrid/remote option after 60-90 days
