As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the company's operations, overseeing a wide range of HR functions.
Your role will involve:
• Leading employee relations, compensation and benefits, workers' compensation, recruitment, and workforce planning.
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Driving HR initiatives and supporting the plant's 24/7 operations.
• Directing the workload for an HR Generalist and managing performance.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of HR experience.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• A strong background in manufacturing environment is required.
• Proficiency in Workday, ADP, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.
• Willingness to work onsite 100%
Compensation:
• A competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 depending on years of experience in leadership
• An excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and holiday pay.
