Shift: Monday through Friday, Flexible Schedule! Core Hours 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, On-call 2 evenings per week, and Remote Options Available

What will I do as an employee with Redstone? As a
Program Coordinator , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Provides home care expertise and professional guidance to the department staff, while prioritizing the timely preparation of client care needs. Maintains a positive collaborative working relationship with referral sources, clients and their families.
- Supports the facilitation of the home care operations daily meetings, ensuring client care, and staffing coordination with effective problem solving.
- Coordinates and completes client admission contracts and assessments to the Home Care Program as directed by the Clinical Team Leader or designee. Develops and maintains accurate client care plans to promote quality home care services and ensures communication and documentation of client changes. Completes supervisory visits for Home Care clients ensuring client satisfaction with services, and quality reviews of documentation for personal care aides.
- Coordinates with the Team Leader for on-boarding of new aides for orientation purposes, and acts as a mentor to provide support to new and current aides, as needed. Participates in the development of aide training topics based on observation and input related to the work in the field as an aide and in the mentoring role.
- Serves as a department representative to clients and their families. Provides timely follow up to client related concerns and complaints, documenting and submitting to the Team Leader specifics for further investigation and resolution.
- Participates and supports bi-weekly payroll and monthly billing for the department to ensure timeliness and accuracy of corporate documents. Assigned to independently complete both tasks in the event the Team Leader is unavailable.
- Participates on the QAPI Committee as a contributing member of the team to drive initiatives for the organization. Attends scheduled meetings and provides appropriate input to improve processes or policies based on corporate policies, federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?- A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing, free of traffic violations.
- Reliable, independent transportation for use when assignment includes travel between campuses on the same day.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
