Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in human resources preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and labor laws.
• Proven experience in talent management and employee relations.
• Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
• Certification in HR (PHR SPHR or SHRM) is preferred.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary starting at $70000 $90000 annually depending on experience.
