Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front-End ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team for a long-term contract position in Austin, TX with a hybrid work setting of 2 days worked onsite. In this role, you will collaborate with technical architects to design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using technologies such as React , TypeScript , Redux , Material UI , Node.js , and other related frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web applications using ReactJS and other modern web technologies.
• Implement UX and UI designs with a focus on performance, accessibility, and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
• Write server-side rendering code using Node.js , and integrate applications with microservices and Reporting Services .
• Optimize web applications to ensure top-notch performance and responsiveness.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to maintain smooth functionality.
• Assist in conducting code reviews to maintain code consistency and follow best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and align solutions with business needs.
• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications using other technologies as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIEINCE:

• 7 years of experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks, particularly React.js.
• 5 years of experience working with Redux for client-side state management.
• 5 years of experience with Material UI (MUI) and other CSS frameworks.
• 5 years of experience integrating React applications with RESTful services.
• 5 years of experience with Visual Studio Code for development.
• 3 years of experience with TypeScript.
• 3 years of experience with GitLab for version control.
• 3 years of experience with UX design and prototyping.
• 2 years of experience integrating React apps with Reporting Services like PowerBI.
• 2 years of experience with server-side integration using Node.js.
• 2 years of experience in responsive design to ensure compatibility across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience with Java enterprise application development.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
