Location: Chicago, IL (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $62,450 per year Are you an organized and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in event planning? We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the ins and outs of event management, from concept development to execution. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Help manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Support the team in creating event timelines and task lists.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers to secure services and negotiate contracts.
• Set up event spaces and ensure all necessary equipment is in place.
• Provide on-site support during events, including registration and attendee assistance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
