Objectives of the Role - Primary business goal: increase the consumption of client's services by existing customers (nurture, cross-sell, upsell)
- Secondary business goal: support broader demand generation tactics as part of a customer acquisition strategy
- Work with fellow agency and client team members to develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and strategies.
- Identifying target segments, defining campaign goals, and determining optimal frequency and timing of sending emails.
- Ensuring the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, maintaining opt-in practices and complying with data protection regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do - Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis.
- Automate key email campaign flows, triggers, and execution using Pardot
- Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice, including engaging copy, appealing visuals, and persuasive calls to action.
- Segment, augment, and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behavior.
- Design visually appealing email templates that are responsive across devices and browsers.
- Identifying opportunities for email optimization and implementing A/B testing to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement rates.
- Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement
What You've Done - Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in Email Marketing with a focus on high quality content creation
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Salesforce/Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact and other marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools such as Salesforce or other reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging email content.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Physical Activity and Work Environment - No physical labor is required.
- Hybrid work schedule - 3 days per week required in the New York City Horizon Office.
Salary Range: $36.06 to $43.27 an hour. A successful applicant's actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity
