Job Description

We are looking for a problem-solving and high-organized dispatcher to join our team. You're a multitasker, acting as the first point of contact for customer requests, while also arranging the scheduling, reporting, and communication for service calls. You’ll communicate with field teams and customers using messaging apps, email, two-way radios, and telephones. • Track dispatch service calls and arrival times
• Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
• Produce documents needed for dispatch
• Create and change service calls when needed
• Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers

Qualifications:

• Candidates with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher are preferred
• Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
• Applicant should possess exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Applicant with experience working with people in stressful and dynamic conditions is preferred
• Mandatory 3+ years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field
• Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset
• Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey
