• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport parts and components to specified destinations.
• Efficiently load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle, ensuring the integrity of the items during transit.
• Follow a predetermined delivery schedule, optimizing routes for time and fuel efficiency.
• Verify the accuracy of parts and components against delivery invoices and customer orders before departure.
• Complete all required paperwork, such as delivery logs, mileage records, and customer signatures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks, reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with the warehouse, logistics team, and customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant delivery process.
• Assist in the shop/warehouse when required.
• Operate forklifts of various sizes to move supplies and materials.
• Participate in Premium’s Safety and Quality programs.
• **PLEASE NOTE: rotate on call 24/7 (Day / Night) **
• Must be able to work during holidays.

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in parts delivery or a similar role is a plus.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle/feel objects; and reach with hands and arms.
