Esteemed hospital facility just outside of Lafayette, LA is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Quality and Risk Management to join their team! Competitive compensation and relocation assistance is negotiable.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00/year

The Director of Quality and Risk Management Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

• The Director of Quality and Risk Management is responsible for ensuring the facility is in compliance with all regulatory agencies/entities and in line with facility policies and procedures
  
• The Director of Quality and Risk Management role will be comprised of 75% quality review duties and 25% risk management responsibilities with 2-3 direct reports
  
• A clinical (RN) candidate is desired for this role, but this opportunity is open to those with equivalent hospital quality and risk management experience
  

Director of Quality and Risk Management Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, BSN required if a RN, and/or in a similar field
  
• Previous experience in quality and/or risk management within a hospital setting is required
