As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative, financial, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and construction projects.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

Office Hours of Operation: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Office located in Studio City.

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

• Follow-up on all aspects of all job sites.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Schedule and follow-up on all inspections.

• Obtain city permits.

• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring they are well-stocked and functional.

• Assist in preparing documents, reports, contracts, and other materials as needed.

You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues a customer, a field employee or the owner may have.

LEAD CALLING: a specific training will be provided and you will be expected to follow these instructions when calling new leads or following-up on leads.

Keep an organized tracking record of all leads.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION:

• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

• Track expenses and invoicing / pending payments for each job

• Prepare and submit payments/salaried for sub-contractors, employees and bills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE previous experience working in the construction industry.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a professional attitude when speaking with co-workers and clients alike.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

• This position requires a high level of attention to details, punctuality, enthusiasm and dependability.

• Proficient in using Google Docs, Microsoft Office Pack, Google Drive and overall computerized environment.

• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles and experience in financial administration.

•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Native English Speaker.
