Job Description

Clinical Liaison Role Overview

The Clinical Liaison serves as the critical connection between healthcare providers and Lynx Therapeutics, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to foster optimal patient care. This role involves educating healthcare professionals on our products, collecting feedback for continuous improvement, and facilitating referrals to enhance patient access to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  • Conduct presentations and educational sessions to ensure awareness and understanding of our products and services.
  • Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to relay vital information back to the management and product development teams.
  • Manage and coordinate referrals from healthcare providers to our clinical services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to improve patient experiences and access to care.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in clinical liaison roles, sales, or healthcare marketing is desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in healthcare.
