Description of the role: As a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Parts Counterman at Antwerpen Automotive in Baltimore, Maryland, you will be responsible for handling parts inquiries and sales transactions for these specific automotive brands. You will assist customers in finding and ordering the correct parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of service. Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer inquiries regarding parts
• Identify and locate the correct parts for customer vehicles
• Provide price quotes and process sales transactions
• Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Parts Counterman preferred
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles and their parts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive parts environment
