Key Responsibilities:

• Route: Operate in all Northeast states including all of New England and as far south as Virginia.
• Freight Handling: Transport freight that requires 100% touch (full hand unload using a conveyor belt).
• Training: Complete a training program of 200250 hours behind the wheel.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.

Compensation:

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1700.
• Pay Structure: $0.80 $0.85 CPM based on experience.
• Mileage: Average betweenmiles per week.
• Extra Stop Pay: Earn an additional $15 for each extra stop.

Home Time:

• Schedule: Drivers will be out for 14 days with 3448 hours at home every other week.
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during breaks.

Training Details:

• Training Pay: $650 per week.
• HandsOn Experience: 200250 hours of training.
• PostTraining Pay: Start at $0.80 CPM upon successful completion of training.

Experienced Driver Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 1 year in the last 5 years.
• Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months; no serious traffic violations.
• Accident History: No more than 1 DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years and no major accidents in the last 5 years.
• Job History: No more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months; cannot have been let go for safety violations.
• Drug & Alcohol Tests: Must not have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test.

Trainee Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Driving Record: Clean record with no serious violations in the last 5 years (only one DUI allowed in a lifetime).
• Criminal Background: No misdemeanors or felonies in the last 10 years especially involving children.
• Drug & Alcohol Tests: Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
• Unemployment History: No more than 6 months of unemployment in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
