Join a fast-growing, locally owned, and operated Indianapolis-based company as our Call Center Manager . As a key service provider, we rely on exceptional phone communication to serve our customers effectively. The call center is the backbone of our success, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to ensure its continued excellence.

In this role, you will oversee a team of 10-15 front-line representatives responsible for scheduling appointments, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will manage scheduling to meet call volume demands, train and develop your team, and collaborate with other department managers to drive the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the call center is staffed appropriately to handle call volume efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and develop call center representatives to achieve peak performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports on call center performance metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with other department managers to ensure cross-functional alignment.
