#livebythefire We are looking for talented, experienced & enthusiastic bartenders to join our growing team. Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide guests with a fresh dining experience that celebrates living well by:
Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area, a few including are:
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service •Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a stocked, sanitized and safe restaurant
- Compensation includes hourly + tips.
- Holidays off (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Requirements - Have flexibility with a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays and weekends
- Show interest in building rapport with guests and coworkers
Company Information On 12.12.12 we began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. From a core group of individuals we've grown to a family that extends throughout the Metrowest region
