What You Will Do:

Functional lead and strong influencer at the Executive Level and below that works, with 1 direct report directly with All Supply Chain organization, and satellite teams, including but not limited to SalonCentric Integrated Supply Chain, GBSC, Data Analytics, Deployment, Manufacturing, Physical Distribution, COE, DGO & European teams to leverage efficiencies, standardizations, best practices & strategic projects to further drive business growth, profitability & focus on simplicity.  Responsible for building a long term strategy in identifying, driving and implementing together streamlined & efficient processes and reporting. This individual will need to display deep understanding and expertise of the various functions inside Supply Chain, their processes, network, agility and will need to have project management skills being very organized with high influential and communication skills across the different levels of the organization. They will work directly with cross functional teams and executive level teams both in Operations and in the Division to drive the projects and will be responsible for delivering them under their strategy, timeline, and cost.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related preferred
  • Prior experience working in Supply Chain – strong planning expertise required.
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets across systems to evaluate root cause analysis
  • Data driven scenario planning experience to drive decisions
  • SAP or equivalent experience
  • Prior supervisor/management experience is preferred
  • Level of experience is differentiated by an individual’s experience level and the scope and complexity of the business unit  

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities of individual and team (include but not limited to):

  • Develop short, mid, and long term strategy for the PMO team and projects, with input from the head of PPD & SalonCentric E2E Operations
  • Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles at all levels of the organization
  • Manage, maintain and report on the status of all projects within its responsibility
  • Is able to present project status and other relevant content comfortably to Executive Level Management as needed
  • Prepares budget and trend information to Financial community as needed
  • Influence cross functional project teams to develop/sustain Best in Supply Chain methodologies
  • Be an active member of PPD Operations leadership team, able to manage difficult and confidential information, treating them with the necessary regard.
  • Lead team to actively working with the factory to improve flexibility in the Supply Chain (safety stock, industrial coverage, etc.), as needed.
  • Leads meetings with Affiliate team and Global teams to understand local market trend and review local launch performance
  • Lead team member to work closely with the Plant’s Launch Team to effectively manage Launches (On-Time and In-Full quantity) and handles availability related communication with the Brand Teams
  • Lead team member to ensure healthy inventory level by ensure destructions are processed and challenge productions that will lead to Excess inventory
  • Recommend inventory allocation scenarios to Brand Team for Launches and other Low Cover SKUs as needed

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range : $147,100-$279,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
