Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

• Train, lead, motivate, and assist a high-performance sales team in closing deals, achieving revenue targets, manage their performance, and more.
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory 
• Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
• Create an annual forecast and budget
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores 
• Meet sales goals and more

• Auto sales management experience required
• Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
• Able to drive sales and produce results
• Self-motivated, great leader and team builder
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Finance experience is helpful
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
• Resilient, creative, and organized
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
