Train, lead, motivate, and assist a high-performance sales team in closing deals, achieving revenue targets, manage their performance, and more.
Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory
Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
Create an annual forecast and budget
Qualifications - Automotive Sales Manager:
Required: Auto sales management experience
