About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who excels in a fast-paced setting and possesses excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly while supporting both the Supply Chain and Product Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform detail-oriented data entry to support the Supply Chain and Product Teams.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist in product inspection and quality control processes.
Organize and maintain computer folders, files, and documents for easy access.
Provide general administrative support to the team and assist in organizing team events.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
Previous experience in an eCommerce setting is a plus.
