We are currently seeking an outstanding professional to fill the position of Administrative Assistant for our fast-growing firm. The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the chief executive officer & Operations Manager to assist with managing the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate has two to four years of experience in an administrative assistant position, is organized and punctual, and has outstanding communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Along with these critical skills, the successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly and effectively while maintaining a pleasant demeanor in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone.
  • Answer email.
  • Make appointments.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Reschedule meetings.
  • Manage client communication
