Job Status: Part-time Faculty, Non-tenure track Position

Fall semester: August - December (8/26/2024 - 12/14/2024)

Summary: Dominican University invites applications for adjunct faculty in geology / earth science / environmental science. This position is open for the Fall 2024 semester. Responsibilities will include undergraduate instruction in introductory physical geology. Courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as, face-to-face, online, hybrid and/or blended formats. Dominican University is a selective liberal arts institution with a rapidly growing population of science majors and modern teaching and laboratory facilities in Parmer Hall.

Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates holding a master's or Ph.D. degree with demonstrated experience in teaching lecture and laboratory courses.
